3. Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one r789com account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single player — whether under the same name, different names, or through the use of associates — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, r789com reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and bonuses across those accounts, and withhold any balance pending investigation.

Submission of false registration information — including but not limited to a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable law. r789com will not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of an account being closed due to inaccurate registration data.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your r789com login credentials.
